Lotus City Media is a video production company located in the Ottawa Valley
and serving the Ottawa Area.
We specialize in story driven video production.
Established in 2016, Lotus City Media has had the privilege of working with many large and small businesses. A sizable portion of our client base are businesses looking for more online content to help educate their customers. We push story driven content for small businesses. It allows viewers to make a connection. With larger businesses it’s all about the product. Using the latest gear, and editing techniques, we make the product stand-out.
Our second stream of income comes from the real estate market. We use HDR images, 4K stabilized video and drones to help us showcase every style of home. We have shot homes listed for low 200k up to three million. Getting the chance to see multiple properties per week has really aided in fine tuning our eye for detail.
Weddings play a huge part in what we do. They are easily the most challenging and rewarding. Long 10-hour wedding shoots test our ability to remain focused and catch every little detail. Combing through the footage and piecing it together afterwards reveals the magic. We edit with emotion and feel our way through the day. It creates a unique wedding video every time.
And finally, our true passion of documentary storytelling. Video is all about telling a story. The gear and techniques are all tools to help further this trade as old as time. Promotional videos, real estate and weddings all benefit from our passion project of documentary filmmaking. Its where we push ourselves and improve our workflows to better serve in all aspects of media production.
